Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Rayka Technology Inc. does not accept returns for Refurbished Products or Open Box items. All Refurbished and Open Box sales are final.

For all other eligible products, returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition, with no signs of tampering, and includes all original accessories, components, and packaging.

Unless the product is deemed defective at the sole discretion of Rayka Technology Inc., all approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. If free shipping was provided at the time of purchase, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@raykatechnology.com (or your preferred support email).

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange eligibility is determined solely by Rayka Technology Inc.

 

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rayka Technology Inc. does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
