Custom PC and special-order policy

Written specifications before payment
Custom builds are designed around the use, budget and requirements you provide. The accepted quote should identify CPU, graphics, memory, storage, motherboard/platform, cooling, power supply, case, operating system/licensing, included accessories, price, taxes, delivery, estimated build time and warranty. Record any required software compatibility or measurable performance commitment explicitly.
Pictures illustrate design possibilities unless identified as the actual system. Availability and prices may change before a quote is accepted. A deposit amount, payment milestones and cancellation terms are stated in the quote before payment; there is no automatic deposit amount in this policy.
Changes and cancellation
We seek your approval before material substitutions or chargeable changes. A delay or unavailable component is explained with options. If you request cancellation, contact us promptly. Before authorized purchasing or work begins, the deposit is refundable. After work or nonreturnable procurement begins, any lawful cancellation charge must be based on disclosed, authorized and documented nonrecoverable costs or work completed, with reasonable mitigation and credit for recoverable/resalable items. We provide an itemized explanation and refund the remaining balance; statutory cancellation/refund rights prevail.
Made-to-order systems and personalized/special-order items may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns only if the exclusion is clear and accepted before payment. It does not exclude defects, incorrect specifications, misdescription or remedies required by law.
Handover and after-sales support
The quote records agreed checks, delivery/pickup arrangements and system/component warranty. We supply the agreed build and obtain your consent to any material difference. No specific game frame rate, render time, temperature or future upgrade capability is promised unless recorded with appropriate test conditions. Component manufacturer warranties supplement and do not replace Rayka's applicable obligations.
Customer-requested overclocking, modification or third-party changes may affect coverage for faults they cause; they do not automatically cancel unrelated rights. Accessories or peripherals added to a quote are governed by their disclosed terms. We do not relabel a new custom system “refurbished” to limit coverage.
